We believe perspective shapes everything – how we choose land, how we build, and how we live within it.
That way of thinking comes from Aryaman and Maurya’s years of travel, learning, and time spent in places where nature quietly sets the rhythm. Growing up in a home shaped by Vipul and Shefali Shah’s creative world, they learned to value patience, craft, and environments that evolve rather than impress.
The Solarya Story
Solarya carries the thought of storytelling into everything it creates – spaces that are shaped by experience, guided by the land, and meant to be lived in, not rushed through.
Sol nods to the sun, a symbol that has long been part of the family’s creative path. Arya comes from the brothers’ names, placing their story at the heart of the venture.
Solarya bring this idea to life through four verticals – Solarya Habitats, Hospitality, Advisory and Studio Solarya – distinct in function and connected in thought.
Solarya gathers inspiration from places explored, moments remembered and the soft guidance of nature. The work becomes original and layered, with every space grounded in story.

Aryaman shah
Curious about cinema, design, business, nature and travel, Aryaman always drawn inspiration from different worlds. That curiosity shapes how he works, helping him see patterns, spot opportunities, and imagine possibilities.
As Director at Sunshine Pictures, he saw how strong storytelling can shift perception and create real cultural value. Those learnings now inform his work at Solarya, beginning with the creation of luxury wildlife camps that balance comfort with a deep respect for their natural setting.
At Solarya, he and his team are reimagining land and luxury real estate by building luxury wildlife camps, turning properties into high-value hospitality ventures, acquiring and developing premium assets, and partnering with people who believe in unlocking the true potential of land through innovation.
Maurya shah
Maurya Shah’s story begins with discipline and a deep respect for process. Eight years of training twice a day, time spent living away from home, and three years devoted to building a car piece by piece taught him something early on: meaningful work takes time. Progress comes from sustained focus and commitment, often without immediate results.
Time spent playing football in Spain added another layer to this thinking. It sharpened his awareness of how everyday choices shape outcomes.
At Solarya, Maurya is deeply involved in the larger vision while leading the evolution of its F&B direction. He brings a hands-on approach to how experiences are conceived, ensuring that food, space, and context work together rather than in isolation.
For Maurya, quality shows up in consistency and care over time. This balance between discipline and curiosity shapes how he leads, what he builds, and the teams he chooses to grow with.
